Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

Location : Bengaluru

Position : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
• Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
• Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
• Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound / outbound integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.
