Workday Technical Consultant - HCM Module

Job descriptionManage and contribute to tenant transformation initiatives, including reconfiguration, data integrity improvements, and process automation. Configure and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring consistency with global HR processes and compliance standards. Design and deliver technical solutions, integrations, and reports that enhance the Workday platforms capability and usability. Support Workday release cycles, analyze feature impacts, and coordinate regression testing and deployments. Work closely with functional consultants, HR, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Maintain accurate configuration documents, design specifications, and change control records to ensure system governance. 5 to 6 years of Workday Technical experience, including configuration, integration, and support. At least 3 years of experience in Tenant Health & Transformation (optimization, migration, and stabilization). Deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration, business processes, and security frameworks. Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors. Workday Report Writer and Custom Report Development. Integration design, testing, and deployment across HR and Payroll systems. Familiarity with data migration, API integrations, and Workday Extend (good to have). Experience in system performance tuning and proactive issue detection. Exposure to Workday release management, sandbox testing, and tenant migration processes. Understanding of Workday security models and role-based access configuration
