We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Operations Executive to support daily operations in overseas recruitment and deployment activities. The role involves coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth mobilization of candidates to international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in deployment activities – visa processing, medicals, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update deployment trackers, reports, and records.
• Follow up on pending documents and ensure compliance with overseas recruitment procedures.
• Support the operations team in administrative and logistical tasks related to mobilization.
