Operations Assistant

VISA Group is looking for an Operations Executive for the Kolkata location. Below is the detailed description.

1. Verifying and preparing various documents in line with LC / Contract.

2. Coordination with the team and counterparts on the documentation.

3. Maintaining and sharing required MIS with the team.

4. Maintaining statements for time-bound activities of shipments.

5. Monitoring and updating the team on the daily activities of shipments under loading / discharging.

6. Preparing delivery orders

7. Compiling required data on Excel.

8. Verifying contracts and LC.

Other details :

1. Candidate who is already based in Kolkata.

2. Salary : INR 35k–40k per month.
