About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to
scale our international e-commerce and D2C business
(neuherbs.com).
The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience managing global marketplaces
such as
Amazon Global, Walmart, Target, eBay, and Noon
, including launching and scaling brands across multiple countries.
This role involves
end-to-end ownership of international revenue growth, brand expansion, and cross-border marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketplace Management
Handle global marketplaces — Amazon Global, Walmart, Target, Noon, eBay, etc.
Manage listings, pricing, A+ content, and ads (Amazon PPC, DSP).
Drive sales growth, optimize product visibility, and maintain account health.
Coordinate logistics, export documentation, and fulfillment.
D2C Website Ownership (neuherbs.com)
Lead end-to-end D2C business strategy and P&L.
Drive website traffic, conversion rate, and repeat purchases.
Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Influencer Marketing.
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV for profitable growth.
Brand Launch & Global Expansion
Plan and execute new product / brand launches in Nutrition, Wellness, and FMCG.
Research regional trends (US, UK, EU, UAE, AU) and tailor go-to-market strategies.
Build global brand visibility through creative marketing and partnerships.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor sales performance, advertising ROI, and conversion metrics.
Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, Google Analytics, and SellerApp.
Drive data-backed decision-making to scale revenues globally.
Requirements
5–8 years’ experience in International E-commerce / Amazon Global / D2C
Strong understanding of
Nutrition, Wellness, FMCG, or Consumer Goods
Skilled in
Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Marketplace Management
Knowledge of
export operations, logistics, and compliance
Excellent
leadership, analytical, and communication
skills.
Graduate / Postgraduate
in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
