The Role :

We need a Sales Head who can own and drive revenue growth from day one. You'll inherit a lean sales operation with strong product-market fit and significant growth potential.

This role demands someone who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, comfortable building processes while actively closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own complete P&L responsibility for sales revenue and growth metrics
  • Personally manage and close high-value accounts while building the sales engine
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our three-tier product offering (Essential, Growth, Scale)
  • Build and optimize sales processes, from lead qualification through contract closure
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Drive expansion into new market segments and geographies (including MENA)
  • Establish partnerships with HR consultants and channel partners
  • Implement and optimize CRM workflows and sales operations

What You'll Walk Into :

  • Existing lead flow through Google Ads and partner channels
  • A product suite comprising HRMS, Payroll, Performance and Employee Engagement tools
  • Target market of 50-500 employee companies across multiple sectors
  • Direct access to founders and ability to influence product direction
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 6-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets in the SMB / mid-market segment
  • Experience building sales teams and processes in early-stage environments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementation and sales operations
  • Strong understanding of the Indian SMB landscape and buyer psychology
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms
  • Comfort working in environments where you define the playbook, not follow one
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Has scaled sales from similar revenue stages to multi-crore ARR
  • Understands both transactional and consultative selling approaches
  • Can switch between closing deals personally and coaching team members
  • Thrives in high-ownership environments with minimal supervision
  • Brings a builder mindset rather than expecting established frameworks
  • Values rapid execution over perfect processes
