Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive (0–3 years of experience) to spearhead lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives for our SaaS portfolio. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, thrives on experimentation, and knows how to turn insights into measurable growth. You'll be responsible for running and optimizing high-performing digital campaigns that maximize ROI and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
- Generate qualified leads and drive user acquisition for SaaS products through strategic campaign management.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle — from audience targeting, ad creation, and A / B testing to landing page optimization and performance reporting.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) .
- Execute remarketing and lookalike campaigns to re-engage users and improve conversion efficiency.
- Continuously run A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
- Track, measure, and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates, ensuring optimal budget utilization.
- Collaborate closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign consistency with brand strategy and product messaging.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to analyze data, generate insights, and report outcomes.
Requirements
0–3 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within SaaS or B2B industries .Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel optimization, A / B testing, and performance tracking .Proficient in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Ads Managers, etc.).Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver tangible business growth.Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving attitude.Skills Required
