Role Summary
Were hiring a MAWM Offshore Support Engineer to provide configuration-heavy, production support for global MAWM footprints. Youll own incident response, root-cause analysis, and change execution across environments, with a bias toward hands-on configuration (not just ticket triage). The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in MAWMs cloud-native architecture, APIs / integrations, and DC operations.
What Youll Do
- L2 / L3 Application Support for MAWM production and lower environments with on-call rotation aligned to APAC hours.
- Configuration Ownership across MAWM components (e.g., allocation / fulfillment rules, waving / order streaming, RF / UI flows, printing / labeling, operational parameters).
- Release & Change Management : Plan, test, and deploy configuration changes and hotfixes; coordinate with operations and engineering; maintain rollback plans.
- Incident Management : Triage, mitigate, and resolve P1P3 incidents; drive RCA and preventive actions; maintain SLAs and runbooks.
- Integration Support : Monitor and support APIs / ESB / MQ, MHE / WCS, parcel / carrier, ERP / OMS / DOM handoffs; handle payload analysis and retries.
- Monitoring & Observability : Use MAWM consoles, logs, and dashboards to detect anomalies; build alerting and health checks.
- Data & Tools : Perform targeted SQL queries, log interrogation, and file / message traceability; manage reference / master data setup.
- Testing : Author / execute regression, smoke, and cutover tests in lower environments; validate functional impacts before production moves.
- Documentation : Keep SOPs, runbooks, config matrices, and support playbooks current and accessible.
- Partnering : Collaborate with onshore leads, client ops, vendors, and cross-functional teams (LMS / TMS / DOM) to stabilize and optimize operations.
Must-Have Qualifications

Experience with Jira / ServiceNow , Confluence, and Agile support practices.Exposure to DOM / MAO , LMS, or TMS in Manhattan ecosystem.Scripting aptitude (e.g., Python, shell) for utilities and automation.Observability tools experience (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, CloudWatch) or equivalent.Prior experience in multi-site rollouts and hypercare support.Knowledge of labeling / printing (ZPL), GS1 standards, cartonization, and carrier compliance.Skills Required
