Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership capabilities, guiding teams through complex business requirements while ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery :
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across complex business use cases.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with Salesforce architectural best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Development & Customization :
Hands-on expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative development.Manage integration efforts using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.Implement robust Salesforce security and data models to safeguard business-critical information.Team Management & Mentorship :
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.Identify skill gaps and facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.DevOps & Deployment :
Manage version control using Git and oversee CI / CD pipelines through tools such as Copado and Gearset.Automate deployment processes to ensure smooth and error-free releases across environments.Agile Methodology :
Work within Agile / Scrum teams, utilizing Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog Management :Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in an understandable manner.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integration technologies (REST / SOAP APIs).Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and data architecture.Basic knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud is preferred.Proven experience designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.Hands-on experience with Git version control, and CI / CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing and mentoring Salesforce teams.Agile / Scrum methodology experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.(ref : hirist.tech)
