Job Title : Commis – ( CHOCOLATIER / PASTRY)

Location : Bombay, India

Experience : 1-2 years in a professional pastry kitchen (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, tempering, and molding of chocolates and pastries with precision and care.

Execute recipes with accuracy, adhering to the standards and techniques set by the kitchen.

Maintain an organized and hygienic workstation, upholding industry best practices.

Support packaging and quality control to ensure that every product meets Ether’s uncompromising standards.

Work with efficiency, focus, and a willingness to refine technique under the guidance of senior chefs.
