Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef, based in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes developing new recipes, ensuring consistent food presentation, and aiding in inventory and cost control.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in culinary expertise, including knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee kitchen staff and operations
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Creativity and innovation in recipe development and food presentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree or formal culinary training is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
