Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef, based in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes developing new recipes, ensuring consistent food presentation, and aiding in inventory and cost control.
