Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef located in Jaipur. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food, following recipes and menus, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, and ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation. Other tasks include daily food preparation, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking skills, knowledge of food preparation techniques, and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a kitchen environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adaptability
