We are expanding our footprint with a new global capability center in Bengaluru, India, aimed at driving operational excellence, technological innovation, and strategic growth.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to lead our new global capability center in Bengaluru. This leader will play a critical role in overseeing the center's operations, guiding our largest technical team, liaising with the Indian government, and growing important partner and network relationships.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru capability center, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems to drive productivity and quality.
• Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the center.

Athenian Project : In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. 1.1.1.1 : We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here's the deal - we don't store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
