Location : Bangalore / Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography
- Building sales pipeline and demand generation
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve company objectives across the Indian market.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market, aligned with the company's global objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across various regions in India.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
