Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result driven candidate to lead our BD initiatives and expand our market presence in India. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, solution selling, and business development.
Expect the candidate to be able to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary transformation and change programmes in Financial Services / Capital Markets, manage cross functional teams, manage a P&L.

Reporting and Forecasting
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership, highlighting progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Experience and Qualifications :
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of working with Financial Services client s.
Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and business development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights.
Experience in Financial Services / Management Consulting is highly desirable.
