Workday Technical Analyst

Looking for Workday Technical Analyst with 2+ years of experience in an ERP platform with a proven track record of delivering successful projects at the enterprise level.

Workday is preferred platform, Peoplesoft, Lawson, SAP, etc. would be acceptable.

Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification (preferred).

Basic programming ability in 1+ foundational language (C, C++, Java, Python, C#).

Understands compliance-driven configuration (e.g., designing business processes with SOX approval workflows) and audit / reporting needs (configuring Workday reports for auditors, regulators, or compliance officers).

Preferred experience with regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government, publicly traded).

Knowledge of access & role-based security (SOX) models (domains, business process security policies, segregation of duties).

Handles sensitive data responsibly, including designing secure integrations ensuring APIs / EIBs / Studio integrations don’t expose PII data improperly.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC tools (Jira, ADO, etc.) required.

Exceptional judgment balancing short-term v. long-term business needs.

Excellent communication and collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player.
