Job description

You will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Workday platforms integrations with various internal and external systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding integration technology, and best practices to ensure seamless data flow across the organization

Previous experience with Workday is a plus, but is not a mandatory prerequisite in order to be considered for the position

Your role within the team

As a member of the Applications Delivery, HR team, you will report to the Manager, Applications Delivery and be responsible for :

Interface Design :

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Design, configure and implement integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system architects, and developers to design Workday interfaces and integrations that meet business requirements

Interface Troubleshooting and Support :

Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including data discrepancies, error handling, and performance optimization

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on integration-related matters

Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates
