Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Pune. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, generating leads, and managing sales operations. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service relationships and driving sales through channel partnerships. The Sales Officer will also collaborate with the team to meet assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential opportunities
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Understanding of Sales Operations and ability to manage sales processes efficiently
• Experience with Channel Sales and collaboration with partners to achieve sales goals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet assigned targets
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
