- Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Sales & Disbursement Management
Ensure the number of log-ins and disbursement targets are met.Cross-sell multiple products to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.Client Relationship Management
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally.Establish a strong brand presence and identification with potential customers.Vendor & Distribution Management
Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.Develop and strengthen distribution channels for business growth.Promotions & Customer Engagement
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.Compliance
Ensure adherence to all Audit / RBI regulations .Skills Required
