About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of our pre-school network across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners for pre-school expansion.
• Develop and execute strategies for franchise growth and territory development .
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target locations.
• Manage the entire franchise acquisition lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Present business models and ROI projections to potential investors / franchisees.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and provide continuous support.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and academic teams to ensure franchise success.
• Track and report franchise sales performance and pipeline progress to management.
