Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager - HoReCa at our Hyderabad location. The responsibilities include identifying and establishing relationships with clients in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector, developing and executing strategies to grow the business, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve conducting market analysis, managing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of the HoReCa industry and market trends
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the furniture or outdoor lifestyle industry is a plus
