Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Narasaraopet. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including design and execution, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and growth strategy implementation
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
