Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ABAP programs specific to SAP HR (HCM).
Develop and optimize custom reports (ALV, interactive, LDB PNP / PNPCE) .
Build and maintain interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web services) for HR data exchange.
Work extensively with Payroll and Time Evaluation schemas , cluster tables (PCL1, PCL2), and function modules.
Create, customize, and maintain HR forms (Smartforms, Adobe Forms, SAPscript) such as payslips and HR letters.
Implement enhancements using User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots .
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in HR programs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
7 9 years of SAP ABAP experience, with at least 5+ years in HR ABAP .
Strong working knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
Expertise in HR logical databases (PNP / PNPCE) and reporting.
Proven experience with Payroll clusters, Time clusters, Schemas, and Rules .
Hands-on with HR-specific BAPIs, Function Modules, and Infotypes .
Development and support experience in forms (Smartforms, Adobe Forms, SAPscript) .
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in HR ABAP objects .
Experience in integration with third-party systems using IDoc / ALE.
Excellent client interaction, communication, and documentation skills.
Good to Have
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Payroll integration and Certifications
Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5 applications for HR.
Exposure to SAP Workflow related to HR processes.
Experience in SAP upgrade / migration projects .
