Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ABAP Developer with strong expertise in S / 4HANA environments to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality custom developments in full lifecycle SAP implementations and support engagements, with deep knowledge of ABAP programming and exposure to Fiori apps.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP solutions within SAP S / 4HANA environments.
  • Leverage Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks for solution development.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support and optimize existing SAP applications and custom developments.
  • Integrate and develop Fiori apps in coordination with the UI / UX team.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
  • Document all development work and maintain coding standards and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving system issues and support tickets during hypercare and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ABAP development, with at least 2 years in S / 4HANA projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in :
  • Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
  • BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancements
  • Data Dictionary Objects, SmartForms / Adobe Forms, ALV Reports
  • Debugging and performance optimization techniques
  • Working experience with Fiori app development and integration.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules and cross-functional integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
