Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in Noida. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who blends performance with creativity. If you're skilled at running Meta & Google Ads , planning content calendars, and crafting scroll-worthy social strategies—this role was made for you.
What will you do :
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for performance-driven outcomes
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaign themes, and seasonal opportunities
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives, post copy, and reels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
- Conduct A / B tests and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives
- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for audience engagement and growth.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in performance ads and social media strategyHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads , including campaign setup, optimization, and reportingProficiency in creating and managing content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behaviorsAbility to collaborate with design / content teams and guide creative directionAnalytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and UTM trackingBonus : Familiarity with email marketing, remarketing funnels, or SEO basicsProactive, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
