The Influencer Marketing – Sourcing & Execution resource will play a critical role in supporting influencer-driven branded content campaigns for diverse clients within TOI’s brand studio. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Lead, the role involves identifying and onboarding influencers, managing day-to-day execution of campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and creators, and ensuring timely, error-free deliveries.
The position demands a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional with strong knowledge of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering quality and speed.
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)Influencer Identification & Sourcing :
Support the lead in shortlisting suitable influencers based on brief, target audience, platform, budget, and category fit.Maintain and update a database of creators across genres, tiers (nano to celeb), and geographies.Liaise with talent managers and agencies to gather rates, availability, and past performance data.Campaign Coordination & Execution
Own operational execution of influencer campaigns — briefing, content timelines, reminders, and delivery.Coordinate with creators to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.Track and follow up on each stage : content creation, submission, feedback, approvals, and posting.Creator Communication & Deliverables Management
Share detailed campaign briefs, platform specs, and dos & don’ts with selected creators.Ensure influencer deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and compliant with the agreed scope.Address creator queries, schedule revisions, and ensure feedback is integrated smoothly.Documentation, Reporting & Payments
Collect and manage contracts, invoices, and platform post links for documentation and payment processing.Share real-time performance updates and post links with internal and client teams.Assist in post-campaign reporting with all relevant deliverables, screenshots, and metrics.Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the influencer lead, client solutions, creative, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution.Support brainstorms by sharing new creator trends, content formats, and case studies.Platform & Trend Awareness
