About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Performance Marketing to fuel our customer acquisition engine across digital channels. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on execution, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making in a high-growth, product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Build campaign structures that maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive improvements in ad performance and landing page conversion.
• Implement A / B tests to continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV.
• Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets with high efficiency.
• Explore new growth channels and lead experimentation initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
