Your Mandate

• Build capability : Recruit, train, and coach a network of insurance advisors across Motor, Health, Life, Fire, Travel, and SME portfolios.
• Drive transformation : Turn traditional selling into consultative advising — helping customers design protection that empowers growth.
• Lead with data + discipline : Track performance, renewals, and persistency with precision; use insights to elevate teams.
• Act like a founder : Innovate local engagement campaigns, referral systems, and community programs that expand reach and trust.
• Ensure excellence : Deliver seamless documentation, compliance, and IRDAI alignment across all lines of business.
