To lead and manage the Direct Channel business for the assigned branch, achieving sales targets, maintaining quality business, and developing a high-performing team of Relationship Managers / Sales personnel.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Drive the branch to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products sourced through the Direct Channel.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Direct Sales personnel.
- Performance & Retention : Conduct regular performance reviews, provide on-the-field support, and focus on talent retention and team engagement.
- Business Quality : Ensure adherence to underwriting norms, maintain high persistency (renewal rates), and focus on sourcing high-quality, profitable business.
- Compliance : Ensure 100% adherence to all company processes, sales practices, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) to maintain a clean business record.
Qualifications
