Job Description

• Carryout & maintain the day-to-day maintenance operations (electrical, electronics & mechanical (hydraulic & pneumatic)) and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the plant.
• Should be aware of all electrical statutory & regulatory requirements as per the government regulations & establishes & maintains if missing any, from time to time.
• Perform regular maintenance & maintain proper condition of HT yard, LT Panel, Distribution panel, Capacitor panel, Earth Pits etc. activities related to the facility Services for Electrical Maintenance Services at the plant.
• To understand & comply with all Sealed Air EHS Standards like Machine guarding, PPE, LOTO, Hot Work, Work at Height, AED, Safety Management System etc.
• Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
• Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Monitor & Control maintenance tools, stores, equipment & cost.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Sourcing & Vendor management : Coordinating with maintenance vendors for spares purchase & Maintenance activities.
• Schedule and complete the 'Preventative Maintenance Program' of all machines, utilities etc.
• Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
