Molding Technician

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Molding Technician responsible for setting up molds, establishing process parameters, and operating molding machines in accordance with work instructions to execute production orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness within the molding shop, while also ensuring accurate data reporting and continuous operational efficiency.

Job Description :

• Practice and adhere to all Environment, Safety & Health rules & instructions .
• Act as a first aider within their shift and ensure care within the section.
• Perform basic machine maintenance / autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the Molding shop and surrounding areas in a neat and clean condition, ensuring high standards of 6S .
• Keep good parts & non-conforming parts separately at identified locations.
• Execute production as per the work order given by the Planner.
• Ensure accurate data entry in log books , responsible for correct data capturing and reporting of Downtimes, downtime reasons, Rejections, and their reasons .
• Lead the team by example , and actively train & develop team skills .
• Execute the production as per the work order given by the Planner.
