Maintenance Lead

Role : Maintenance Lead

Location : Hosur

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.

Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain equipment availability above defined targets.

Monitor performance and reliability of all production and utility equipment.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure skill development and safety awareness.

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety.

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Incidents).

Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.

Optimize maintenance costs while improving equipment reliability and life cycle.

Qualifications

Education - B.E. / B.Tech (Full Time).

Experience - 20+ years in Auto industry.

Technical Expertise in I. Synthetic Furnace II. Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

Lead and manage the maintenance team.
