Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine, breakdown, and Preventive Maintenance. of Forging and Heat Treatment equipment's.
• Responsible for Breakdowns analysis (why why analysis).
• Focus AreaM1, M2, M3, HT, HT ASRS, Lab, tech Centre -Spares management and Resolve PLC -Related modifications / breakdown issues of all areas where required, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions on the shop floor to ensure zero accidents. Quality- Provide new pokayoke / repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production / quality departments, review, and revise maintenance check points as and when required.
