Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and verify all contractor bills, material receipts, and purchase orders.
- Perform quantity and cost reconciliation as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and work executed at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and the accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all reconciliations, variations, and approvals.
- Validate work done reports and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.
- Assist in monthly cost reports and cash flow statements.
- Flag any inconsistencies, errors, or excess payments for rectification.
- Ensure timely closure of vendor bills and reconciliation reports.
- Support in internal and external audits related to project billing and reconciliation.
Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.12–14 years of experience in project billing / reconciliation in real estate or construction industry.Skills Required
