Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Manage and supervise residential construction activities ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth progress of construction work.

    • Client Billing

  • Prepare and manage client billing, invoices, and related documentation in contracting projects.

    • Cost Control & Reporting

  • Monitor project costs, track expenses, and prepare regular progress and billing reports for management.

    • Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to construction quality norms and safety standards on-site.

    • Documentation

  • Maintain project records, contracts, work orders, and correspondence with clients and contractors.

    • Skills Required

    Cost Estimation, Data Analysis, Project Management, Contract Negotiation, Financial Reporting
