Senior Estimator - Residential & Commercial

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate flooring, cabinet and countertops takeoffs using MeasureSquare, RFMS Measure, Bluebeam, or Planswift software.
• Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of accurate estimates.
• Review and validate project scopes to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of takeoffs, estimates, and project communications.
