Sales & Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for Branch.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and assisting for timely responses through respective Team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting any issues through Sales & Support Team.
• Shipments, GRN & Payment Follow-up with Customer to ensure Timely Collections.
• Coordinating with RM, Other Branches and H.O for the Backend Administrative Tasks.
