What You'll Do :

As the Course Growth & Sales Coordinator , you will :

• Meet Monthly Targets – Take full ownership of revenue goals and ensure courses and internships consistently achieve registrations.
• Develop & Launch Courses – Conduct market research to understand what psychology students and professionals need, design new courses / internships, and bring them to market.
• Drive Sales & Marketing – Plan and execute campaigns across platforms, collaborate with the social media team, and directly promote programs to increase visibility and reach.
• Outreach & Partnerships – Proactively reach out to colleges, institutions, and communities to build partnerships and attract participants.
• Registration Growth – Build and manage the full registration funnel from inquiries to enrollments, ensuring maximum conversions.
• Calendar Management – Maintain and oversee the course calendar , ensuring deadlines are always met for launches, marketing, and reporting.
• Reporting & Tracking – Prepare weekly and monthly reports on registrations, revenue, and growth strategies.
