Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title : Digital Marketing Lead (healthcare, hospitals, or clinics)This role is for the Business Unit of ValueMomentum - WhiteCoats.Years of Experience : 6+YearsLocation : Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple hospital and doctor brands under the WhiteCoats ecosystem.- Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to ensure high-ranking visibility across specialties, cities, and services.- Plan and optimize SEM / Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns for patient acquisition and engagement, tracking conversions and ROI.- Oversee website performance — content, SEO health, UX, analytics, and updates in coordination with the Website & Content teams.- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal dashboards to monitor KPIs and generate insights for campaign improvement.- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Growth, CRM) to align messaging and digital activities across platforms.- Ensure strong local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization for hospital clients.- Run social media ad campaigns and performance-led content initiatives across Meta, YouTube, and Google Display.- Track leads and conversions in alignment with CRM funnels; ensure campaign data sync with internal systems (CRM, Dialer, WhatsApp).- Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends, ABDM and DPDP guidelines, and ensure compliance in all patient-facing digital communication.Required Skills & Experience : - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing for healthcare, hospitals, or clinics.- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and analytics.- Strong understanding of healthcare audience behavior and local digital growth models.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools.- Exposure to website CMS (WordPress preferred) and landing page optimisation.- Good understanding of data privacy and healthcare marketing compliance.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in Google Ads / SEO / Analytics.- Experience with healthcare CRM, WhatsApp marketing, or growth automation tools is a plus.Prior exposure to multi-location hospital campaigns or agency experience in healthcare marketing.About ValueMomentumValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
