Role Description :

Job Title : Key Account Manager (Customer Success)

Location : HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience : 1 to 4 Years

CTC : ₹4 to ₹8 LPA based on experience

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to join us as an Account Manager at DealBerg. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in key account management and should be based in Bangalore and be comfortable with English and Kannada. Experience in e-commerce and related industries is desired.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts

Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth

Analyse account performance and provide regular reports

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
