The opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Compliance professionals to join our growing APAC Regulatory Compliance & Conduct Risk team. Ideal candidates will bring hands on technical expertise, enthusiasm for an evolving environment, and a track record of supporting senior stakeholders to achieve outstanding risk, compliance and governance outcomes.
As an integral member of the Compliance (second line) team, the Senior Manager – Regulatory Compliance Projects will oversee the execution of regulatory initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders to promote ongoing enhancement of compliance frameworks. This position is responsible for providing expert guidance on Competition and Consumer Law requirements and controls, conducting risk assessments and assurance reviews to evaluate adherence to internal standards. Additional responsibilities include incident management, regulatory reporting, and the creation of training and guidance resources to strengthen compliance culture throughout Australia and New Zealand.
This position is offered on an initial 18-month fixed term contract, full-time hours and may be based at our Melbourne or Sydney offices with flexible, hybrid work arrangements available.
