Genpact is inviting applications for an AVP - HRO GPO Lead role!

As the GPO Lead, you'll shape and drive the global HRO roadmap by solving complex business challenges through Lean, Six Sigma, Digital, AI / ML, RPA, and next-gen automation. This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll partner with global stakeholders to deliver transformative, high-impact solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute global design solutions across HRO processes
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Deliver Digital, RPA, AI / ML, and Six Sigma projects with measurable business impact
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with KPIs & transformation goals
• Standardize, optimize, and transform processes across global teams

What we're looking for

LSS certification preferred
