Role Summary
Own the global university / college partner ecosystem and the admissions engine (offers - visas - enrolments). Lead partner strategy, negotiations, onboarding, enablement, and compliance; raise offer and visa grant rates; and maximise partner yield across regions.
What you'll own
1) Partner Strategy & Yield
Build region-wise portfolio (US / Canada / UK / Europe / Australia / UAE) with target mix of direct + aggregator.Negotiate commission, co-marketing, exclusivities, and scholarship constructs; protect contribution per student.Set and track partner yield KPIs; exit low-yield, scale high-yield.2) Admissions Engine (Offers - Visas - Enrolments)
Define policy and playbooks for eligibility, documentation, SOP / LOR standards, CAS / I-20 / CoE readiness, and timeline SLAs.Lift offer rate, visa grant rate, and cycle time via checklists, audits, and escalations with universities and embassies.Govern refund / deferral rules with finance and ops.3) Onboarding & Enablement
Fast-track portal integrations, training, and certification for counsellors and ops.Publish intake calendars, program updates, and admissibility matrices; run monthly enablement sprints.Create blacklists / whitelists for programs, intakes, and risk profiles.4) Market Intelligence & Compliance
Maintain policy watch : UKVI / CAS, IRCC / SDS, SEVIS, DHA / GTE, VFS / BLS updates.Ensure advertising and claims compliance; manage partner and visa documentation audits.Feed pricing and product with viability signals (acceptance windows, scholarship cycles, capacity).5) Cross-functional Execution
Partner with Growth (B2C / B2B / Referrals) on route-to-market and event calendars.Align with COO on SOPs, NPS, and capacity; with Finance on contribution and receivables; with Tech on CRM / portal data flows.6) People & Systems
Build and lead Partnerships Managers, Admissions Leads, and Enablement teams; set OKRs and incentives.Deploy CRM (Leap / Zoro / HubSpot), partner portals, and dashboards; enforce data hygiene and weekly forecast cadence.KPIs (weekly / monthly)

Mandatory domain experience : 100% prior experience in Study Abroad / International Student Recruitment & Education Services (agency / consultancy, admissions / enrolment management, university partnerships). Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered.
MBA / Master's preferred; 8-14 years in university partnerships / admissions leadership with measurable throughput and commercial outcomes.Deep network across US / Canada / UK / Europe / Australia / UAE; strong negotiation and partner governance.Operational fluency in CAS, I-20, CoE, GTE / SOP, and visa documentation flows; experience with direct and aggregator models.Data-driven leader; builds teams, improves systems, and delivers for the right leader : Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.(ref : iimjobs.com)
