- Develop and execute people initiatives that promote talent acquisition, retention, and development within the growth office, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee performance management processes including promotions, market corrections, Mid & Year-End Reviews. Collaborate with and guide managers to drive goal setting for team members & create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) tailored to the growth office colleagues.
- Identify training and development needs for growth office colleagues, creating and implementing programs that enhance skills and support career progression.
- Bring insight and decision-making skills to the table during performance and career-related discussions, aiming to drive managerial performance and facilitate effective talent management.
- Address and manage people-related issues effectively, providing guidance and support to managers and team members to resolve conflicts, enhance team dynamics, and promote a positive work environment.
Collaboration & Interactions
- Regular collaboration with Growth Office BHR Leader & Chief Growth & Strategy Officer to understand top-level organizational requirements, ensuring alignment of growth office initiatives and sales effectiveness initiatives with broader business needs.
- Partner with Senior Leadership, EC and OC members, and Sales Leaders to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives and leadership buy-in.
- Interact with sales colleagues in client-facing roles to develop a deeper understanding of sales performance and ground realities, using these insights to inform strategies for initiatives that drive performance.
- Interact with Industry consultants and leaders to guide EXL strategy and thinking in ongoing projects.
- Partner with other HR Functions like Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Digital HR Ops, Capability Development, Employee Relations and also Payroll, Finance, Technology & Operations Teams
