Front Desk & Marketing Co-Ordinator

HMP Wellness Centre in Khar (West) is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team! Role Description This role combines patient-facing front desk duties with digital marketing and CRM management. You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic while helping to keep our online presence vibrant and our patient systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and helpfully
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Process payments and handle receipts accurately
• Perform general administrative tasks to support clinicians and daily operations
• Manage our CRM system, ensuring patient data is accurate and up to date
• Oversee social media accounts – creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and educational purposes
• Manage WhatsApp communications and marketing campaigns
• Create visually appealing marketing materials and social posts using Canva or similar design platforms
• Assist with marketing initiatives, newsletters, and community engagement activities What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, professional, and proactive personality
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Confident using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Experience creating video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or similar tools for creating graphics, posts, and advertising materials
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing and engagement strategies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
