About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for the Delhi NCR region with a proven background in electronic component distribution / semiconductor sales / OEM–EMS business development .
This role is strictly for candidates from the same industry .
If you do not have relevant experience in electronic components or semiconductor sales, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales with OEM, EMS, ODM and design houses across Delhi NCR
- Promote and sell semiconductors, active / passive components, electromechanical parts, and power devices
- Drive design-in opportunities with customers and coordinate with principals / suppliers
- Build strong relationships with R&D, purchase and project teams
- Identify new customer accounts and convert business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle : lead generation → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order closure → payment follow-up
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates , and monthly reporting
- Coordinate internally with supply-chain, procurement and logistics teams
- Attend industry events (Electronica / Productronica / Electronitech, etc.)
Required Experience
