This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing market research, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance. The General Sales Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining knowledge of competitors and market Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training or coaching to improve team effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and market reach.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand strategy and business development plans.
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand Strong sales management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and market research.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and reporting on sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Prior 5 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
