- Cvent is seeking a Team Lead, Field Marketing to drive and execute marketing campaigns for the APAC region, promoting our Hospitality Cloud solutions for hotels and destinations
- In this role, you will collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, working closely with the regional sales counterparts to land effective marketing programs in the region
- The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience in the technology or hospitality sector, with a strong track record in multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation
- You should be creative, data-driven, and skilled in using marketing automation platforms, digital channels, and event marketing strategies to support business growth
In This Role, You Will :
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness for Cvent s Hospitality Cloud in APACLocalize and adapt global campaigns to fit regional market needs and preferencesCollaborate with sales teams to optimize the lead handoff process and support conversion goalsCurate and localize marketing content (emails, landing pages, sales collateral) for regional audiencesPlan and promote webinars, online demos, and virtual events through relevant marketing channelsSupport physical events and trade shows by creating marketing collaterals and driving attendanceCollaborate with industry partners to run joint campaigns in the regionCollaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up and pipeline accelerationCollaborate with global marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and adopt best practicesManage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign executionMetrics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROIHere's What You Need :
5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or the hospitality industryProven expertise in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketingExperience with marketing automation platforms (eg, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (eg, Salesforce)strong content marketing skills, including email marketing, landing page optimization, and sales collateral creationExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills to optimize campaign contentAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications : Experience in travel, travel technology, or hospitality marketingFamiliarity with APAC market trends and customer preferencesExperience running partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with external organizationsExperience in B2B Account-based marketing / Enterprise marketing would be an added advantageSkills Required
