Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle telecalling toqualify leads for residential / commercial real estate.
  • Engage with prospective clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits .
  • Coordinate and conduct project walk-throughs for clients at the site.
  • Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets.
  • Maintain lead database (CRM) with accuracy and update client interaction records.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team.

Requirements-

  • 1–3 years of real estate or construction industry experience in a customer-facing / pre-sales role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
  • Proficiency in telecalling, client engagement, and site visit coordination .
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
