Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting a wide range of construction materials, stone, and tile solutions. This role involves identifying potential clients, managing dealer and channel partner relationships, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset to expand market presence and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and interior designers.
• Promote products and solutions to existing and potential clients through effective presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and dealers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for both digital and offline brand promotion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Address customer feedback and resolve product or service-related queries promptly.
